Dear Future Host Family,

My name is Naledi, and I’m a software engineer and graduate of Barnard College at Columbia University. I’m applying to become an Au Pair & Live-in Tutor because I want to experience daily life in Europe — especially Zurich — before pursuing my master’s degree.

I’m excited to learn by doing: improving my German, understanding family life and motherhood in Switzerland, and experiencing a healthier work/life balance.

I speak English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazilian), German, American Sign Language, and Zulu. I love teaching kids how to code and often build games with and for my nephews to help them learn through play. I bring a calm, creative energy, and love to encourage curiosity and imagination.
