My name is Kate, I’m 21 years old, and I’m from Canada. I’m currently working at Muskoka Woods summer camp as a wake sports instructor, where I have the opportunity to work closely with children and teens in a fun, active, and supportive environment. I’ve always enjoyed working with kids, and I’m excited to take the next step by becoming an Au Pair.

I’m interested in becoming an Au Pair because I love the idea of combining childcare with cultural exchange. I’m eager to experience life in a new country, learn about your culture, and become a meaningful part of your family. I believe that working with children in a home setting will allow me to build real connections while also helping with day-to-day tasks that make your family life run more smoothly.

You should consider hosting me because I’m responsible, outgoing, and genuinely care about the well-being of the children I work with. I’ve been babysitting since I was 15 years old and have developed strong skills in managing routines, planning fun activities, and keeping kids safe and engaged. I’m also in the process of renewing my First Aid certification and hold both my Bronze Cross and Bronze Medallion certifications, which reflect my commitment to safety—especially around water.

In addition to my experience with children, I’ve completed a certificate in architectural drafting, which shows my dedication, attention to detail, and creative thinking. I’m confident that my background, energy, and enthusiasm make me well-qualified for the Au Pair role, and I’m looking forward to becoming a supportive and positive presence in your home.
