Hello, my name is María, I'm 30 years old, and I'm from Spain. I consider myself a responsible, creative, and caring person. I truly enjoy spending time with children, supporting them as they grow, and learning from them as well. I love learning about other cultures, sharing my language, and experiencing new things. I studied Early Childhood Education and currently work as a teacher. I also worked in a daycare center in Ireland for a time. This experience as an Au Pair represents an important step in my personal and professional development. I haven't been an Au Pair yet, but I do have experience caring for children in my country and in Ireland.
Specifically, I have cared for my brother and cousins, especially children between the ages of 2 and 10.
For two years, I tutored a 12-year-old boy.
I worked for a month in Ireland at a nursery school with students between 12 months and 4 years old.
I completed a six-month internship for my Early Childhood Education degree, specializing in Therapeutic Pedagogy, with students aged 4 and 5. I'm in charge of playing with them, preparing their meals, helping with their homework, and supporting them emotionally in their daily lives. I truly enjoy that bond, and that's why I want to take the step of becoming an Au Pair: I'm ready to live this experience with commitment. I consider myself an empathetic, responsible person with a positive attitude. I enjoy listening to others, learning from different experiences, and offering help when I can. I'm patient and adapt easily to new environments. I always try to create a warm environment, whether with children, older adults, or those around me in general.
