Letter to the family

My name is Catherine, I’m 23 years old and originally from the UK, though I’ve been living and studying in France for the past few years. I’m currently finishing a Master’s degree in Urban Planning, and have took some time out from working, however after living in Paris for 4 years and babysitting two wonderful kids, I have really missed the presence of family and caring for children, which I feel naturally inclined towards.

Experience

Over the years, I’ve had several experiences that involved taking care of children, especially my time as a nanny in Paris for just over 3 years. I have also had work experience in a primary school in the UK which involved taking care of the children and attending to their needs. For me, the best experience was my time as a nanny and watch those 2 boys grow up, since the youngest was 2 when I started and was turning 5 when I left. I not only developed a strong bond with them but was a stable, friendly, and caring presence they could rely on.
