Paloma (22 / Ms. ), Spanish, Student living in Spain looking for Au Pair & Nanny job in Australia, United Arab Emirates, France, French Polynesia & Italy for 1-3 Months

Hello,

My name is Paloma and I'm 18 years old. I live in Vinaròs, a small city located on the east coast of Spain, with my mother, my father, my little sister and my little brother; my two older sisters live in Madrid.

Currently, I'm studying my last year of high school, and next year I'm planning to study medicine at a university in Madrid or Barcelona, that's the reason why I'm only looking for being an Au pair during summer (2-3 months).

One of my favourite things is travelling because I love getting to know new cultures and meeting people from all around the world. In fact, I have been living in California, the USA, for 10 months, as I was given a scholarship to study 1st of Bachillerato there.

I also really like sports. I play football in a club and I really like playing softball, a sport very similar to beisball. Another thing I really enjoy is music. I have studied piano in a proffessional conservatoty during 8 years, and I also play the guitar, the ukelele, and love singing.

I speak 4 languages, Spainsh and Catalan are the ones spoken in my city. But I also speak perfectly English, since I have been living in the USA. I would like to get to know how to speak French as if I was native, and that's one of the reasons why I'm looking for a country where French is the official language. However, I don't really care about that, because if I end up going to another country, it would be a really good opportunity to start learning a new language.

In my opinion, being an Au pair is one of the jobs that best fits me, as I love children and I'm a fun, kind and empathetic girl. I have worked before as a babysitter, and I am now working in an English school, teaching the language to little children. I also have experience volunteering, because last year I took part in a volunteering project in the USA.
