Cintia Monalisa (28 / Ms. ), Brazilian, Human Resources living in USA looking for Au Pair & Caregiver for elderly job in USA for 6-12 Months

Dear Host Family

My name is Cintia Monalisa . I live in Votuporanga, a medium city in state of São Paulo, in Brazil.

I live with my father, one sister and my brother. My father is 61 years old and.He’s a Salesman, he is a very funny man, companion and responsible. My older sister Priscila is nurse, very lovely and polite person, and my older brother Elton is English Teacher. Unfortunately my Mom died in April 2015, one year ago victim of a cancer in the bones, she was one of the best people that I know and the best example for me. I really have a great relationship with my Family and they always help in everything that I need.

Currently, I am a college student on the 2th semester of Business Administration. I like this course, but my real dream is to work as an International Flight Attendant. So, when I return to Brazil, I intend to get into in a great Airline company company I come back to Brazil I would also like to teach English. It would be a great experience for sure.
I've been in USA for 5 months ago.

I work as a salesperson in a Clothing Store. I work during the day and at night I go to college. Sometimes I do gym afternoon and on weekends I work in a care institution for children, the mayor of my town, a home shelter.

I would describe myself as an open-minded, responsible, patient, friendly and easygoing person, my family and friends say that I am very funny person and dedicated. I am a very flexible person. I also appreciate to sing, to travel, no matter the place since I always enjoy the trip. I usually spend my free time going to church because I'm Christian and I usually go every sunday to church, and I also practice swimming twice a week.

Now I’m going to talk a little of the most important part, about my experiences with children. I’m working as a caregiver in a care institution on Saturday and Sunday, I took care a lot of children in a day care Institute. It has been one incredible experience and I have been learning a lot. The children in the day-care were between 4 months and 16 years old. There, I take care of their hygiene, change diapers (babies), play with them. They are very energetic.

I also take care my friend’s child Carol and Derick when I started take care of them, Carol was 2 years old, but now she is 3 years old, she is a very cute and intelligent and Derick now have 7 years, when I took care him he was 6 years old. we usually play games, feed her with food or baby’s bottle, help them to take a nap, and play a lot with her, they are very kind and energetic kids.

Beside that I worked as a volunteer in a Day care centre, there I took care of children between 1 years old until 6 years, there I change diapers, to bath them, put to bed, prepare the meals, play games and other things.

Taking care of this children I learned a lot, as being responsible for a child, and learned how children are beautiful for their innocence and sincerity.

I have decided to be an Au Pair because I love children, I really love to take care of them, It’s a great opportunity to know a new culture and still be able to work with children, I hope this experience can help me improve my English Skills, it would be with children, I hope this experience can help me improve my English Skills, it would be great for my future career, and know more about the way of life and about the Europe culture and share experiences with you.
