Letter to the family

Hey, my name is Camila, I live in Washington DC. I have good friends, some I grew up together , other I met on college , work and other are my neighbors. I like my friends and I think is very important be arround people with a good heart and values. I’m very sociable and friedly. I like nature, sports and reading. I’m a huge fan of Harry Potter and I have all books of them. I Love work with kids and I decided I would like be a teacher when I was taking care of my cousin Álvaro Davi who is now six years old. For me beeing a teacher is a really special career because I’m helping building their caracther , I’m teaching them portuguese and also values. I’m passionate about and I would like improve mylself by doing master’s degree when I come back to Brazil.

Experience

Since I was young I realized I had a talent to teach, I have a lot of patience , dynamic to teach and I’m very sociable. So last year my big dream become true I Just finished my bachelor degree in pedagogy. I really believe that education can change the world and children are extremely important in this process. Travelling is one of my passion and I would like to do that as much is possible. Beeing au pair is very interisting, I’ll meet new people and cultures, learn a new language I’ll be able to share my experiences and values with their family same for them, I’m sure I have a lot to learn with my host family. I believe be au pair will help me in my personal development and my career.
