I want to become an Au Pair to fully immerse myself in a new culture and gain new lifelong, global connections! I have studied abroad and stayed with host families in both China and Taiwan. Through my time studying abroad I learned that the best way to experience a new culture is to immerse oneself in it.

I am an excellent candidate for hiring because I have experience living with host families abroad and am extremely passionate about caring for children. I have been babysitting regularly since I was 11 years old and I have cared for children 6 months - 13 years old. In the past, I have also worked as a summer camp counselor for over 40 hours a week for 6 weeks of the year. I supervised children as they participated in activities ranging from hiking to kayaking and administered first aid as needed. I am trained and certified in CPR and First Aid by the Red Cross.
