Letter to the family

Hi there my name is Anne, I am a single 23 year old Canadian citizen. I am currently living in the United Kingdom as an Au Pair for a 7 month old. I am a bubbly, energetic and responsible person who is looking to help out a family and learn a new culture and language. I want to be an au pair so that I am able to travel and help a family at the same time. I would love to learn a new language and culture through helping your family. I have a passion for helping families and children, I have a soft spot for kids. I have always been the one in the family that kids were left with to be watched while the rest of the family is busy.
I believe I would be a great candidate because I am patient, and a very caring person. I have quite a bit of babysitting experience that began when I was 11 years old. Helping different families taking care of their kids while they went out for dinner. I have also worked as a full time nanny for two toddlers for from 2021-2022. I am excited to become part of your family. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Experience

I have nannying experience where I would drive to the families house in the morning when the parents would drive the older two children to school. Once I would arrive I was in charge of dressing, feeding, bathing, changing diapers, entertaining, and tidying up the kitchen before and after dinner. Many time I would take the children to the backyard and played games in the good weather. In not great weather, I would keep the kids inside and entertain them inside as well. Other than that family I have helped other families during late nights when the parents have gone out and I would feed, entertain and put the kids to bed when necessary. My most recent experience has been in the United Kingdom helping raise a newborn. I would love the opportunity to gain more experience and help you and your family.
