Dear Host Family,

I'm Daisy, I've lived in New Zealand my whole life where I successfully graduated highschool, studied French and Fashion Design in the hopes to one day move abroad to gain more experiences within my field and passion.
I've always admired the French language and my Mother, who too was an au pair for a family in Geneva who she still corresponds with. Her talking about her amazing experiences and time there has since inspired me to eventually do the same.
This year, I have moved to Manchester and am working to save money for further studies and travelling. I enjoy gaining new experiences and immersing myself in various cultures and ways of life. Becoming an au pair would allow me to further improve my French skills whilst working with children and being apart of an enriching, loving family.
I've always had a hard work drive and my various tutors and employers will be able to vouch for my ambitious ethic towards required tasks and new challenges.
I come from a large family and found that being the eldest daughter has always made me a responsible, caring and considerate sister, daughter etc. Moving half way across the world and leaving my norm was a great leap but a necessary and well worth one if I want to pursue my dreams and aspirations.
I'm confident in completing daily household duties as well as caring for your children as I recognise how unconditionally precious and special they are. I have experience in babysitting and voluntary childcare and am able to handle situations in a calm, friendly manner.
My open-mindedness will allow me to easily adapt to your family's lifestyle and needs and I would love to grow with you on this journey.
