Subject: Request for an explanation regarding the rejection of my application

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you to better understand the reasons for the systematic rejection of my application on your website.

I have tried to register three times, using different email addresses and changing some of the information in my profile, but each time my application was rejected without being informed of the selection criteria.

The only consistent element in my various attempts remains my Cameroonian nationality. This leads me to question the true nature of the acceptance criteria, especially since your platform does not specify them transparently.

I am sincerely interested in an au pair experience and I simply want a clear and honest answer: what factors led to the rejection of my application? Does my nationality constitute an implicit reason for rejection?
