My name is Jairo Barrera, I am 26 years old, and I am from Bogotá, Colombia. It is a pleasure for me to introduce myself to you and share my excitement about the possibility of becoming part of your family as an au pair.

For several years, I have had a close relationship with children, especially thanks to the experience I gained spending time with the little ones at my ex-partner's mother's kindergarten, whom I visit frequently. These experiences have taught me a lot about childcare, patience, empathy, and the joy that children can bring every day.

I decided to apply for the au pair program in Germany because I want to fully understand the culture, learn the language, and discover the way of life. I am extremely motivated by the idea of ​​having a different experience that will allow me to grow as a person and also contribute to those around me. I am also excited to experience firsthand what it means to be an au pair.

I am an active, cheerful, lively, patient, responsible, punctual, and honest person. I love learning a little bit about everything and, above all, sharing my knowledge with others. I enjoy physical and extreme sports, traveling, exploring new places, playing board games, role-playing games, and video games. I'm very curious about the world and always looking for new ways to learn and grow.
