Paulina (20 / Ms. ), Mexican, Call Center Agent living in Mexico looking for Au Pair & Nanny job in China & South Korea for 3-12 Months

Dear host family,


My name is Paulina but my nickname is Mic, I am 18 years old and I live in México with my parents and my sister. My mother's name is cony and she´s a saty home wife and mom, and my father's name is Javier and he works as candle factory owner. I have an older sister name Marisol that is a person with down syndrome. She is 19 years old. We are a very close, sociable and communicative family. My family is so large and I love it. My mother has five sisters and three brothers, and my father has two sisters, so I have many uncles, aunts, little cousins and nephews. I love children and I am one of the youngest cousins so I have been always taking care of my nephews. I have been always surrounded children!

When I finished high school, I decided that i wanted to study something involved in arts or lenguages and always wanted to do it in a foreing contry. I had lived away from home and it has taught me to appreciate many things, to be much more responsible than I was before and to mature as person. I think it was a very good opportunity to learn more about myself . I have always been very active and hard working with everything i can, so I tried to help at home combining it with trying to open my own bussines. I love working with children because they know how to get the best out of myself and I try to teach them to do their best. It is a very rewarding job because it always good to learn from everybody arround the children.

In the past years I have been exposed to the world more and I discover many different cultures that i really admire, eerything about their values and way of life made me even more intrested in going to other places. My family and my friends say that I'm a very motherly, responsible and loving person, furthermore, I love kids, so this year I decided to fulfill my dream of being an au pair. They support my decision and they are very happy for me. I'm delighted to have the opportunity to improve share averything I have learned here and México and also start to learn and practice a language i'm really intrested in, meet your lifestyle, your habits and your country, which I greatly admire. And what better way than doing what I love! I love spending time with children and learning everything they can teach me every day. They learn a lot of us, but we learn more from them than we think. To me, it's wonderful see them growing up with us and learning, litlle by little, to be more independent.

I have experience (not professionally) in caring for children from six months to fifteen, girls and boys too. I can quickly learn how to do things, I now how to cook, to dress and assist children in any way necessary based too on the experience I have had through the years of taking care of my sister.

Besides childcare experience, I also love reading books, listening to the radio and podcast, llearning about other cultures and ways of life, preparing lunch or dinner with my family or with my friends too. I like healthy eating, cooking and trying new flavors but, therewith, I love making cakes and other desserts that I can foud online. I find very entertaining teaching children how to prepare desserts and funny recepies.
