Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello!
We are a family of 5 with 3 children living in a calm suburb close to the sea called Svinninge outside of Stockholm. We are open-minded, caring, and speak both Swedish and Russian with our children. We are looking for a Russian -speaking au pair, with drivers license.

We live in a newly built private house where you will have you own room at first floor. The rest of the family sleeps upstairs. The house has a big garden with lawns and comfortable outside areas, including a pool.
We live around 30 km ourside of Stockholm city in a calm area near the sea called "Svinninge". The area is known for active boating life, close proximity to beaches. In the last 5-10 years, many new houses have been built here, including ours. There are communications to Stockholm city by bus, and the bus-stop is located 250 m. from our house. In addition, we do have two cars in the family, which you are free to use if available. Driving license is required in order to pick up /leave children at school.
