Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are a friendly Chinese family with two sons who are now attending primary school. One of them is 5 and the other is 12. My husband is an engineer and I am a housewife. We enjoy outdoor sports, playing football, cooking good food and so on.
We live in the center of Beijing. Beijing is the capital of China. It's a city with a lot of history and culture. Our community is located in the center of the city. It is not very big but clean. We will prepare a comfortable bedroom for the future au pair.
We want the future au pair to love children, love sports, and be patient enough to play with our children. We will treat you as our family and share the Chinese language and culture with you. It would be great if you could encourage my sons to speak English step by step and create an environment for them to speak English.
