Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello, and thank you for considering our family!

We are currently looking for a kind, friendly, and caring au pair to join our home starting February 2025, as our wonderful current au pair, Taya, will be concluding her time with us. Whether you can stay with us for one month or a full year, we would love to welcome you into our family!

We have two wonderful sons, aged 7 and 4, who are full of curiosity and energy. We’re seeking someone fluent in English to help teach them through play, storytelling, reading, and other fun activities. We hope you’ll share your culture and language while making happy memories with us.

Our family has always maintained strong and meaningful relationships with our previous au pairs, and we’re proud to say that we still keep in touch regularly. If you’d like to hear more about the experience, you’re welcome to reach out to Taya directly!

Job Description

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves children and has the patience to nurture and guide them. You should help instill positive habits and behaviors by leading through example. As part of our family, we ask that you maintain a clean and tidy environment, including keeping your own room neat, and after the children finish playing we ask that you put the items away alongside the children.

We would also love for you to occasionally share dishes from your home country- giving our children the opportunity to experience different culinary cultures. Your role will involve teaching English naturally by incorporating it into daily routines and activities. You will provide caring and attentive companionship to the children, engaging them through singing nursery rhymes, playing games, reading books, doing crafts, and enjoying outdoor play.

We hope to find someone who is passionate about building meaningful connections and creating a fun, supportive, and enriching environment for our children. If this sounds like you, we would love to welcome you into our family!

1. We will treat you as a member of our family.My husband and I can speak a little English,so that we can communicate in English.
2.The duration of stay is flexible.If you stay longer than 4 months, we will share the flight fees (no more than RMB 5000 yuan ). If the number of months is small, my expenses may be relatively reduced.We will pay for language course and purchase insurance for you.
3.We will show you around Wenling to make it easier for you to integrate here.Sometimes we can take you travel to other cities when you have a rest.
4. You will have your own bedroom.You can do whatever you like when out off duty.
5. We are easy going. We will try our best to meet your needs.
