Greetings from Guangzhou, a beautiful city in China known for its sunny weather and especially mild winters. Our family resides in a convenient location, just a 20-minute journey from the city center, with a subway station right at our doorstep that connects us to every corner of Guangzhou. Getting to the airport or train station takes only 40 minutes by subway, making travel hassle-free.
Our home is a stunning townhouse that offers ample space and elegance. With plenty of rooms, we can comfortably provide you with your own private space. The house also features a charming little garden, a ping-pong table, and a fish pond, perfect for unwinding with a game of ping-pong or feeding the fish during your free time.
My husband and I are both engineers, and while we are busy with work during the weekdays, we are a laid-back and easygoing family who can communicate in English fluently. We have two wonderful children – our older son, who is 12 and boards at a junior high school, and our younger son, who is 8 and in the second grade of elementary school.
We are now seeking a native English-speaking au pair to primarily assist our 8-year-old son with his language learning. While he is at school, you will have the freedom to arrange your time as you please. In the evenings, from 6 PM to 8 PM, we would love for you to join him for study sessions and playtime. During his summer break in July and August, we hope you can dedicate about 7-8 hours each day to these activities.
Our younger son attends an international school and has a solid foundation in English, but we are eager to enhance his oral proficiency and introduce him to Spanish. He is an adorable and energetic child with a passion for sports, particularly football and ping-pong. If you are proficient in English, know Spanish, and enjoy playing ping-pong, you would be the perfect fit for our family!
In return for your dedication and companionship, we promise to take excellent care of you. We will contribute towards your travel expenses, assist you in finding a language school, and cover the tuition fees. Additionally, you will receive a monthly allowance. On weekends and holidays, we love to explore the nearby attractions as a family, and we would be delighted to show you the best of Guangzhou, including its delicious cuisine. You will be treated as one of us, sharing in the love, laughter, and memorable moments that define our family life.
