As you open this letter, we are on the other side of the world, imagining the scene where you knock on our door with your luggage and expectations. Perhaps you are making final preparations for your upcoming journey right now, or maybe you feel a touch of nervousness about the unknown. But please believe that from the moment you decided to become our au pair, we have already reserved the warmest corner for you here.

We are from Shenzhen, China, a technology capital full of youthful vitality and innovative spirit, which gathers the most cutting-edge and high-tech companies and enterprises in China. Our home is about 11 kilometers away from the CBD, easily accessible by car or public transportation. Near our home, there is the largest international convention and exhibition center in Asia, as well as the largest bookstore in China, where you will have plenty of opportunities to learn and explore. It allows you to enjoy the bustle of the city while having a quiet and comfortable living environment. It's only a 5-minute walk from our home to the subway station. Whether you want to visit museums, wander around markets in the city center on weekends, or travel to nearby towns with new friends you've met, you can get there easily.

We fully understand that it takes time to adapt to a new environment when coming to a foreign country. Therefore, before your arrival, we have already tidied up a bright bedroom for you, where you will also have your own independent living space. Both my husband and I are college graduates. My husband is engaged in the medical industry, while I work in the semiconductor chip industry. In my work, I also contact suppliers and customers from all over the world, so our daily communication is very relaxed. If you encounter any difficulties in language learning or want to know about local customs and culture, we are more than happy to help you. On weekends, our family usually takes the children to visit museums and science and technology museums, or goes for a picnic in nearby parks, or selects fresh ingredients in the market. Our life is ordinary and simple, and most importantly, we are all easy-going people.

We have an 8-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old son. Both of them are very lively, lovely and extremely easy to get along with. Usually, my daughter goes to school, so my young son needs more company in daily life. I hope someone can accompany him to read books, draw pictures and sing songs.
