Work abroad in Hermann's family for 12-24 Months starting from Jan 2025 as an Au Pair to take care of 2 children of 1 - 5 years old in 02957, Saxony Germany

Hello, our family consisted of 7 people a short time ago, but after the death of my stepdaughter and wife, only my two stepdaughters Nina (18 years old) and Kimberley (20 years old) and my 2 biological children Maria (3 years old) and Hendrik (1 year old) are left.
My name is Hermann (39 years old). In 2015, I moved to Germany from the Netherlands with my now deceased wife and 3 stepdaughters. Since then, I have run my own agricultural company in Skerbersdorf.
When my wife was still here, she looked after the children a lot. Since she is no longer here, I notice that I can hardly keep up with work.

We live in a small village. There isn't really anything except a water park and a soccer field. The nearest town center would be 13 kilometers away in Weißwasser. In Weißwasser there is a leisure pool, a bar, an ice hockey stadium, a swimming pool and a few shops such as Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Takko, Deichmann etc. The house we live in has a bathroom with a bathtub and an open living room with a dining area and kitchen on the lower floor. My bedroom is also downstairs, Maria sleeps in my bed because she prefers that, and Hendrik sleeps in his own bed in my room; by the dining area there is a wide patio door that leads out onto the covered terrace and behind it into our large garden with a trampoline, swings, sandpit and slide. In the summer we still set up a small pool for Maria and Hendrik and a bouncy castle. Outside we have two cats and chickens. The upper floor of the house only has 2 large and 1 slightly smaller bedroom. They are all empty because my 3 stepdaughters used to live upstairs.
