Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are a family of 5: father, mother and three children, a girl who is 8 years old, a boy who is 7 years old and a 9 month old baby boy. Dad is a research engineer and mum is currently a student hoping to get back to work from Maternity leave in January.

We live in Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom. Our home is situated within the city centre which makes commuting to places of interest convenient for us.

A typical day for the family starts at 7:00 when we start preparing for the day. Kome and Joshua set off for school at 8:30am.
Joshua and Kome return from school at 3:50 pm. After lunch, kids set out for extra curricular activities after school and spend other days out and about weather permitting or get engaged at home doing their homework and crafts.

The au pair's task will involve looking after Kome, Joshua and Maro. getting Kome ans Joshua ready for school in the mornings, picking up Kome and Joshua from school and taking Kome and Joshua out for extra curricular activities when necessary.

The au pair will also be involved in some light house chores.

We are a peaceful and loving family and we are looking to have an au pair who will accept us as a family. The advantages of living with us is the opportunity to learn a new culture, interact and meet new people. Aberdeen also known as the granite city is remarkably popular for its architectural buildings made from granite.

The North Sea also flows through Aberdeen so we get to enjoy the beachside during the summer months. The aupair will also have the advantage of learning new skills and an opportunity to improve her English by enrolling in an English class.

The aupair will also have a room to herself furnished with a single bed, T.V set, wardrobe and access to Wi-Fi.
