Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Aupair needed preferably for 1 year. I live in Aberystwyth which is a university seaside town in the UK. We are in easy reach of the town centre (about 2km) with entertainment, libraries and beautiful scenery.
I am a single Mum with a 2 year old son who would need care for an average of 25hours per week (2 days one week, 3 days every other week). I offer £216.07 per 25 hours. I also have a small dog so pet lovers only please.
My house is sat on a hill with a beautiful garden of which you will be able to enjoy and you will be treated as part of the family. I have a lovely group of friends who would welcome you to join them during childcare activities. You will have access to a car and I would need you to have a full driving licence to ensure being able to take my son places. You will also be able to use the car in your free time however this will be shared between us.
