Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi! I am looking for an aupair to assist me with day to day help. I have 4 children but only 3 need to be looked after. We are an English speaking family but would love an aupair who will teach us about their culture. We live in Germany and public transportation is extremely close by. 1 minute walk to the bus stop. We have pets who are friendly and sweet. Help with getting kids off to school, prepping meals, keeping kids on task with their chores and helping with homework would be an amazing help to me. My youngest son is high functioning autistic so needs a bit of redirect but is a great kiddo.

Job Description

Help get kids ready for school, help them with homework if applicable, help prep dinner meal, help with directions children to do their chores after school (they are sneaky and don't do them well), 1 weekend a month will need you to work but the other 3 weekends you are free to do as you please. Just be kind and patient. Be willing to laugh and joke. Teach the children and myself about your culture. We would love to learn how to cook more culture dishes so we would be grateful to be taught by you, as well. There will be occasional fights between siblings. So be willing to step in to defuse the argument when I am not there. Nothing major just mostly pinching from the 10 year old directed at her brother. My two young ones can sometimes forget personal space so don't be afraid to tell them to give you, your time. We strive to have open communication. I will 100 percent support you so never feel scared to talk to me about any issues.
