My name is Kenneth and I’m the single father of identical twin 4-year-old girls, who are half African American and half Russian. I’m looking for a responsible live-in, female nanny who can handle my highly energetic twins.

My requirements:

- you are a safe and experienced driver

- you have an American driver’s license or an international driver’s permit

- you have a good driving record

- you are willing to make a one-year minimum commitment

I’m offering:

- $2000 per month USAD(cash if Direct Contract) & $1200 per month USD (If working thru Aupair Agency)

I live in a large 2-story house with a big, enclosed yard in a safe neighborhood close to parks, the zoo, the botanical garden, hiking trails, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, gyms, etc. My bedroom and office are on the second floor. Your bedroom will be on the first floor next to the girls’ room, and you’ll have your own half bathroom (toilet and sink) and will share a bathtub/shower with the girls. We currently have no pets.

My girls are in Kindergarden from 8am-3pm Monday-Friday (September-May). Your job as nanny during the school year will include preparing and feeding them breakfast, (and lunch only when they’re not in school), getting them ready for and dropping them at school, and then running errands. After errands, you will prep dinner for the girls only (I do not expect you to cook for me), do their laundry, organize toys, and straighten their room.

Between your morning and afternoon duties, you will have several hours to yourself. At 2:30pm, you will drive to their school to pick them up by 3pm, after which you will take them to scheduled afternoon activities (like swimming, soccer, ballet, gymnastics, and karate lessons) or play with them in the park or at home. After afternoon activities, you will prepare dinner for them, bathe them, and put them to bed.

I will need you to be flexible during the summer. I intend to put the girls in summer school from June through August, but I’m not sure what their schedule will be at this time. Your overall hours will not be longer, but your schedule may be different than it is during the regular school year.

I run my own business and work from home, so I’m generally available in case of emergency and will be around in the evenings to help with dinner and bedtime. I go out of town for 2-3 days a month and will expect you to be responsible for the girls while I’m gone. You will work an average of 50 hours per week (not including the days I’m out of town). I plan on hiring a housekeeper, and a local nanny to fill in on your days off.

Mon-Fri: 7-10am & 2:30-8:30pm

Sat: 11am-4pm
