We are Mari Carmen, Daniel and our daughters are called Carmen and Ana. Carmen is eight years old and Ana is 21 months old, we live in Algeciras (Cádiz), a large city in Andalusia. Andalusia enjoys a warm and pleasant climate almost all year round.
Algeciras is an hour and a quarter from Malaga by car, where there is an international airport and high-speed train. We usually go to Malaga on weekends, since Mari Carmen is from there. In addition, Algeciras is one hour from Jerez de la Frontera, where there is another airport, in case you prefer to fly to Jerez.
The city has beaches and a pleasant climate in summer and winter. From home you can walk to one of the beaches. Algeciras is close to Tarifa, which is well known for its wonderful beaches, and for being able to practice water sports (surfing, kite...) We live near a natural park, called “Los alcornocales”, where it is wonderful to go hiking. .
In our city there are usually more aupairs and there is a cafeteria where language exchanges take place every week, so all the aupairs we have had have met many people from different countries very quickly and have made new friends with whom to go out and Make plans to really enjoy the experience.
Our house has 3 bedrooms and is located very close to the city center, you can walk… Also next to the house there is a large shopping center, an indoor pool and some gyms. Our house has two floors, two bathrooms and a small patio. It is very bright and warm. You will have your own room with wifi, shared bathroom and the rest of the house, kitchen, living room and patio.
We are interested in finding an au pair so that our daughters can continue improving their English. We would like to be able to count on you in September.
