Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear Future Potential Au Pair,

We hope this letter finds you well and filled with excitement as you explore the opportunity of becoming a part of our family. We want to extend a warm and heartfelt welcome to you as you consider joining our household.

Allow us to introduce ourselves. We are a young family of five, residing in a charming village just outside of Munich, Germany. Our family consists of three energetic and kind boys, ages 6,4 and 1. As a full-time working couple, we cherish our family time and believe that having an au pair will help us create more special moments together.

We understand the importance of balancing work and family life, and that's where you come in. Our children attend kindergarten from 8:30 AM to 4 PM, giving you some time during the day to explore the beauty of our village. Speaking of which, our home is surrounded by breathtaking biking trails and hiking paths that are right at our doorstep. We live in a cozy single-family home, and you will have your own comfortable room and bathroom.

Getting around will be a breeze, as there's a bus stop just a short 2-minute walk from our house, connecting you to the nearest train station and allowing easy access to Munich. Additionally, we'll provide you with a car that you can use for your convenience.

Within walking or biking distance from our home, you'll find various stores, delightful bakeries, and fitness studios, giving you ample opportunities to explore and stay active. Moreso, German language courses can be attended located within close proximity reachable by public transport, bicycle, or car.

As a family, we're all about love, fun, and adventure. We enjoy spending quality time together, whether it's swimming, camping, biking, or simply gathering with friends. We love to travel and explore new places whenever we can. We believe in the importance of nurturing a strong family bond while working hard to provide for our loved ones, and we hope that you'll become an integral part of our journey.

We want you to feel like a welcomed member of our family, and we're excited to share our experiences, traditions, and daily life with you. Your role as an au pair will not only be to assist with childcare but also to create lasting memories together.

Thank you for considering this opportunity with our family. We look forward to getting to know you better and sharing this exciting chapter of our lives together. If you have any questions or would like to know more about us, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Warm regards,

Kate and Peter
