Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear future au pair,
we are a family of four and live in a small village called Oberzeitlbach/Altomünster near Munich. The surrounding area is rural. There is a train station 2 km away, and Munich can be reached in 45 minutes. The nearest cities of Munich, Aichach, Dachau, Augsburg and Friedberg are easily reached by car. A car is available for shared use. We provide a transportation ticket and a bicycle and you are welcome to use the car. The nearest language course is 2 km away in Altomünster or can be booked online.

Job Description

For Sept. 2025 - Aug. 2026 we are looking for a female au pair who is interested in becoming a real part of our family and has a genuine love and interest in our children and our family life. You are welcome to join us on our weekend trips or even vacation. You will help us with small household chores, prepare light meals and take and pick up the children to school and kindergarten. In the afternoons the children need someone to look after them for a few hours. The working hours per week are less than 30 hours.
As our children are growing up bilingual and also speak fluent English, we want to put the emphasis on English conversation with them. But of course we will make sure that our au pair also learns the German language.
