Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

WE HAVE FOUND AN AUPAIR ! WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR SOMEONE UNTIL AUGUST 2025 !

Hello!

We’re so excited to write to you and introduce our lively and loving little family! ? We are two parents with three adorable kids who fill our home with joy and adventure!

Lou, 7 years old, and Rose, 5 years old, are two pretty independent little girls who love to explore, have fun, and create stories. They’re full of energy and creativity, and you’ll see, they know how to keep themselves busy! As for Victor, our youngest at 1 year old, he’s an absolute ray of sunshine: super sociable, easygoing, and he loves cuddles. ?

Oh, and we wouldn’t be complete without our two furry friends: Lemon, our sweet and quiet cat, and Sherlock, our little mischievous dog—the true mascot of the house!

We live in a beautiful home in Mauritius with a pool, and we’d love for you to join us. We have a small independent studio for you, so you can be as independent as you like or become part of the family! It’s totally up to you! ?

As for your tasks, it would mainly be taking care of Victor during the day: meals, diaper changes, playtime—everything that makes a little guy’s day so fun. For Lou and Rose, you can plan activities and take them to the beach from time to time. We’d also ask you to help with some meal prep for the kids.

We just have a few little requirements: we’re looking for a non-smoker who can drive, and who’s happy to connect with the kids (we speak French, English, and Italian here!). We’re also happy to contribute to transportation costs.

Job Description

You will help us with the kids, mostly Victor.

That means stay with them, engage in activities, also help with their laundry and cooking if needed. We will not ask you to
clean our stuff, or cook our meals. But the children's, yes, on a regular basis. That makes some sense, doesn't it ?

Flexibility is a big plus : we are both business owners so no day is like the previous !

We will live in a villa in a secured estate called Bon espoir in Piton. You will have your own studio with AC, kitchen, bathroom. You can enjoy the swimming pool as much as you like :)
