Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We're Vicky and Dani, a Jewish family in Amstelveen, connected to Amsterdam. I am is originally Swedish/Polish and my husband Dani is Dutch. At home we speak mostly English. Our two wonderful daughters, aged 4 and 5 and our baby boy 4 months, are our world. We need your help with morning routines, taking care of our son two full days a week, school runs, dinner, and some household chores.

Most importantly, we're looking for a fun and loving big sister for our girls. We're just 20 minutes from the center of Amsterdam, so you'll have the best of both worlds.

Additionally, we'd love your help on some evenings, weekends and during school holidays

Job Description

During a normal week without school holidays, our requirements are primarily focused on morning and afternoon routines for the girls, two full days with our son, school drop-offs, and pick-ups, meal prep, and fun time with the kids! Riding a bakfiets is a must!

What makes our family unique is our need for flexibility. We are seeking someone who can be our reliable backup when things don't go as planned.

In return, during these "normal" weeks, you'll have ample free time to enjoy and explore as you wish, as our kids go mostly to school and daycare.

Additionally, we would appreciate your help with light household chores. This would mainly involve laundry, tidying up, and organizing the kids' rooms.
