Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi,

We're a family of Portuguese and Polish origin living near the center of Amsterdam. As our au-pair well put you up in your own private flat right below ours and would make sure you have access to language school and get to know this great city. Our two young kids speak English, Polish, Portuguese and Dutch so we have our own mini language school.

Our surroundings are very pleasant, there is a large park nearby, school is a block away and we are well located on public transport routes in the city. You can easily get around without one, but a bike is of the way we normally travel around Amsterdam. Amsterdam is cosmopolitan and you will find almost any nationality you can think of working in the city. It is a relaxed place but with a lot of energy and good vibes.

We're pretty fortunate in that we have a lot of living space so, as our Au Pair, you will have a private self contained area with your own bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen.

There are plenty of language schools to choose from in Amsterdam and nothing is very far away in the city so we'll set you up with a convenient one should you want to.
