We ask the au pair to get along with the girls; they do not need "physical" care.
Management of afternoon time (help with studying, accompaniment to sports and recreational activities), watching English-language TV series together.
Language is the main factor of interest for us: doing lots of things together with the girls to help them learn English.
Keeping your space clean and tidy (bedroom and bathroom).
Help with the two cats during the day; preparing 3/4 lunches a week for a daughter who comes home at 2 pm.
