Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

G’Day future Au Pair!

I am a single mum to an amazing 11 year old. Sophia has just started the new school year.

I have 4 other children who have grown up and left the family home! Family is very important to me and I spend a lot of time with my kids… we all get together on Tuesday nights for ‘family dinner night’.

I am super busy and need a little help, especially in the afternoons when Sophia finishes school.

I live in a suburb - 30 minutes from Newcastle! The area I live in is the called The Hunter Valley, a well known wine region in NSW.

Sophia and I are very active and live a healthy life style. We enjoy going to art galleries and museums. We love music - concerts and musicals. We love camping and exploring.

There are 3 dogs and 2 cats!!

Job Description

I go to my swim school at 5am in the morning. I would require you to get Sophia up around 6:30am and help her get ready for school… I come home at 8am… sometimes I would need you to take her to school (500m up the road).

On Mondays I would require you to take Sophia to her OT appointment at 2pm

The rest of the days I would ask you to pick up Sophia from school at 3pm, bring her home, feed her afternoon tea and complete music practice (saxophone, guitar and vocals), complete home work…

I arrive home around 6pm
