Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello, we are a busy family that live just outside a small town in Co Meath in Ireland.
We have currently have an au pair who will be finishing up with us the end of June, we have thoroughly enjoyed having her as part of our family and hoping our next au pair will settle is just as well and become a part of our family.

We have 3 wonderful kids who are very welcoming and used to being minded.
We are looking for an aupair who can help with minding the kids and also help us with keeping on top of the house.
A car will be provided for getting around amd also for personal use at weekends etc and the au pair can avail of use of the gym that I own which is located just up the road from our house.
There will be plenty of time off during the day as all kids are in Creche and school so if the au pair would like to do a courses during the daytime this wouldn’t be an issue. Both myself and my husband work shift type work.
So ideally someone who wouldn’t mind being up a bit early and helping get kids ready for school and someone who could also help in the evenings with dinners and getting ready for bed.
There will be alot of free time at the weekends for travel and exploring around our beautiful country or spending time with us if we are going away as a family. We would occasionally ask the the aupair to help at weekends. This can be all planned and negotiated when we find the right fit for our family.
We are a very normal family and welcoming and if you have any questions please feel free to ask whilst we have a template laid out we are happy to discuss and negotiate with the right au pair something that will work out best for everyone.

Someone who can be kind and friendly with the kids but also help them learn respect and manners and how to tidy.

Accommodation

We live in a large dormer bungalow in a rural but not too rural area about 1 hour from Dublin. Our chosen aupair would have a large en-suite room to themselves and we do respect that as much as they are here to help and integrate it is nice to have your own space and time away. There is also a TV and 2 seater sofa in the room and a large walk in wardrobe. The house has WiFi and we will provide an irish sim card paid for if needed.
Toiletries and Food is also covered by us and insurance and fuel for the car.
