Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

My family is me (Krisztina) and my partner (László) 54 and 57 years old. We live in Hungary on the countryside in a big house. The caregiver would live on the 1 first floor of the house - 1 bedroom (with tv), 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen +1 diner. We live on the second floor - separately. The village is very nice, close to the Bükk National Park. The closest big city is 20 minutes by bus from here. The caregiver could learn Hungarian from me - because I'm disabled. The task is working around me, mainly in the evening and at the weekends. The caregiver is free on weekdays all day (expect for evening). The task is some cooking and diaper change for me.
