Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello, my name is Umar.
I live in Bad Homburg and have an 11-year-old daughter who lives with me half of the time during the week. I am 47 years old and work 50% from home.

My daughter goes to school in the mornings, currently for a shorter period. Additionally, on Wednesdays and Fridays, an inclusion assistant comes for three hours to support her.

I am looking for a caring and reliable au pair to help me with everyday life. My daughter is a wonderful, curious child with her own interests. She is autistic, which means she sometimes needs a little more patience and understanding — but once you get to know her, you will find a lovely and delightful girl who enriches your life.

It’s important to me to find someone who is open-minded, empathetic, and willing to support her calmly and patiently.
