It's great that you want to be an au pair and gain new experiences! The two of us, my daughter and I, live in a small house in a small town - but it's actually not that small here. Bad Honnef is still considered the beautiful "Nice on the Rhine" - and although I know that most of you are keen on a big city, I can highly recommend living here. After all, you can get to Bonn in 30 minutes by S-Bahn and Cologne in 50 minutes by train. My two older children (22 and 24 years old) have never minded the distance :). But they no longer live here; they study in Hamburg and Leipzig.
About us: I am a lecturer at the International University, my daughter is in the third grade of primary school and is excellent at baking crêpes. She also likes dancing, playing tennis and riding. She likes broccoli and pasta with Bolognese and is a happy child, but finds it difficult to be alone when mom has to work. That's why we need YOU!
