Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello we are a family of 4 (+dog). We live in a house with with garden in a small town between Heidelberg and Karlsruhe (both about 25 min by train) we want our kids (4 and 2) to grow up open-minded and nature loving. We spend as much time as possible outside. We love to travel and teach our kids about different cultures. Having an Au-Pair would combine lots of these things. We also want our kids to get to know the English language a little more then we can provide. (No teaching) I want to increase my working hours and need someone reliable and caring to look after my little ones.
