Dear au pair,

we are a family of four, stop, five, including our 13-year-old Chihuahua crossbreed:)
We are Stefanie (41 years old), Marc (49 years old), Emma (11 years old) and Lina (5 years old).

We live in the beautiful, picturesque Bad Wimpfen am Neckar, about 70 km from Stuttgart, 50 km from Heidelberg and 140 km from Frankfurt. The next largest city is the university town of Heilbronn, about 15 km away. Bad Wimpfen has good transport links (train, bus, motorway).

We are looking for you if you love children and animals.

In addition to childcare, you are also willing to help out around the house (cooking, laundry, cleaning... don't worry, we have a cleaning lady once a week :) ) and can also take on everyday tasks such as shopping.

If you are honest, open, flexible and humorous, then you are a perfect fit for our family.

You can expect your own, well-equipped room as a retreat on the upper floor of our house or, if you prefer a little more distance, alternatively a room and bathroom in our annex on the same property, about 5 m away. In addition to the agreed pocket money, we will also pay for a German language course for you.

In addition to your native language, good language skills in English and some German would be desirable.

You should be flexible when it comes to working hours, as we both work irregularly. Now and then, due to our professional situation, you would sometimes be home alone overnight with the girls and the dog. We would compensate for your flexibility with several days off in a row or additional pay.

We are a loving, humorous family who really love to laugh and would be very happy to have you as a new addition to the family. We want you to have a great time with us.

A little more about us:
Emma is in the 5th grade, her hobbies are horseback riding, dancing and volleyball.

Lina is the little, cheerful whirlwind of the family and keeps us all pretty busy. She is currently still in kindergarten and will start school next year. Lina would need to be looked after in the afternoons and evenings and occasionally taken to school in the morning. We are also supported by the grandmothers with childcare.

Stefanie is a social worker and works in a children's home in shifts, sometimes at night. She enjoys doing creative things in her free time.

Marc works in the administration of a youth welfare facility and is also self-employed in the tourism/hotel industry. He likes to do sports.

Our dog Leni enjoys long walks together in nature and loves evening cuddles on the couch.

We like to be out and about together, outside in nature and go on trips every now and then.
