Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are a friendly and welcoming family of three living in the beautiful Badung area of Bali. We're looking for an experienced, responsible, and kind au pair to help us take care of our son, Roman, who is 2. We don’t need a live-in nanny, but we’re looking for someone who can work with us on a flexible schedule and truly become part of our family during the time you’re with us.

Roman is energetic, curious, and loves to learn new things. As a family, we value kindness, respect, and clear communication.

Job Description

We are looking for:

- Someone with significant experience in childcare who can communicate well in English. Experience with kids around Roman's age is a big plus.
- A proactive, patient, and responsible individual who loves spending time with children.
- Good English skills are essential, and Russian-speaking would be a bonus, but not a requirement.
- Flexible and able to help with daily routines, playtime, and possibly some light housework.
