Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We need a nanny to take care of a 14 month old baby. We also have two small dogs (lapdog and chihuahua). We want the nanny to:
1. played with the child for some time during the day (2-3 hours),
2. cleaned the house 2 times a week.
3. She cooked simple meals for us and the dogs.
4. Helped on walks with the child and in the store.
5. Completed some non-complicated assignments.

We provide the nanny's accommodation in the house, we pay for the nanny's food, transportation costs.
