Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are a friendly family lived in Beijing ShunYi District in the northeast of Beijing and close to Beijing Capital International Airport
Here is a international area where living many foreigners
We have a 4 years old son and I teach him English with simple words and sentenses
I'm engineer in a MNC and can speak English but not native while my wife is a finance consultant.
Purpose of finding Au Pair is mainly for improving my son's English skill, if possible I hope she can help him on some habits like music/sports etc

Our house has 3 bedrooms, one for my wife and me, another one for my parents while leaving one empty with 12 sqm (130sqft) which purpose for AuPair.We have 2 toilets, one is main bedroom for my wife and me, another one for living room which will be used for AuPair and my mother. There is Wifi in our house and we have way to have no restriction on using western media or apps
