I'm a single father with two young children living in a large 4br house in Bellbowrie, Brisbane.

We have public transport (bus) near by, about a 5 minute walk from the front door.

Our house has 6 air conditioners which we use to survive the warm weather up here in Brisbane.

The Au Pair room has its own AC which you are allowed to use as much as you want.

Accommodation

Au Pair uses the main bathroom and toilet, but I have my own ensuite so Au Pair shares only with the kids.
We have 6 airconditioners in the house and use them to keep the indoor space very livable even in the hot Brisbane summer.
We have a large outdoor covered seating area and a big backyard (most of it is fenced off to stop the kids wandering where I can't see them).
To the rear of the property there is residential acreage, with a very nice Australian bush aesthetic over the fence.
The area is fairly rural but it is still a suburb with normal suburb services. The city center is about an hour by bus.
