Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello! Welcome to our family. We are delighted if you would like to spend few months or more with us and we can't wait to have many exciting and fun times together.
Our 2 yers daughter is very friendly and we hope that you will get on well.
The first few weeks will probably be the most challenging. Once we settle into a routine and you become familiar with our family and our home, it will get easier.
The most important thing to remember is please talk to us if you have any questions, concerns, or complaints. If there is anything you do not understand, just come to us.
If you are having difficulty just let us know and we will sort thinks out with you.
We hope that you find your room comfortable, pheraphs like home.
We haven't written quite a lot of informations for you, but this is our first experience with an Au-pair, so after you had the chance to read through this, we can go through it together to see in detail others aspects that may came in mind.

Job Description

We are looking for a Au Pair that look after a 2 yers old.
We would like you to stay with her 5 hours per day where we is wish you to play, talk, have a walk with her or in our company.
Our daughter still wear the diaper but slowly, and with your help, we will potty-trained her but meanwile some confidence with the diapers is necessary.
We have a dogs, medium size, that I take care and if the AuPair will be happy to bring out for a walk will be super!
When at home you could stay in our flat or our upstair flat, up to Vittoria and you!
Our hope and aim is to find a person that loves spend time with our daughter and our family, and help Vittoria to bacame familiar with a new language through fun activites and daily routine.
We truly belive that communication is the key to keep a positive relationship at all times.

Accommodation

The Au Pair will have her own room in a little flat just one floor up to our. The room have a window to the north where is possible to see the volcano Etna. The room is fully furnished and we are open to make some changes up to the needs of our Au Pair.
the room is not in our flat so you will share the flat with my parents, time to time, as they live in a different part of the city.
The toilet is shared just with them when they will be there. You have full acces to the all flat and the appliances and we will make sure you will feel like at home.
