Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello dear future Au-Pair!
Lola and I would love to have an extended member of the family. At least that's how you will be treated if you choose to spend your Au-Pair time with us.
We live in Prenzlauerberg/ Mitte Berlin next to Mauerpark. Berlin is a very big city but we are in a great and safe area. We are also extremely close to the city center. There is public transportation available 15 mins per foot from our doorstep ( the Gesundbrunnen train station, as well as bus lines and trams. Our apartment is 90 meteressq. Including a balcony and lift to our apartment.
We have 2 beds and 2 baths. I usually sleep in Lolas room or on the couch bed, so as an Au-Pair you can have your own bathroom and private room to sleep in.
I work full time (40 hrs a week). I don't smoke and prefer a non smoker. But
