Dear Au Pair,

We are excited for you to join our family in Melbourne as an Au Pair.

We are a household of three, consisting of myself and my two beautiful daughters aged 3 and 5. My younger daughter attends childcare, and my older daughter goes to school Monday to Friday. Both girls embody joy, warmth, and friendliness, making our home a vibrant and welcoming place.

As our Au Pair, you will play a crucial role in caring for the girls and ensuring their well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

* Pick up and drop off the girls from childcare and school Monday to Friday. Morning drop off from 8:30-9am. Afternoon pick up in between 5-6pm.
* Prepare meals
* Light housework
*Assist with homework
* Play with the girls. It’s important that they receive attentive and quality companionship, rather than being left to play alone and the AU pair is always on the phone.
* Assist with bath routines and send the children for bed
* Grocery shopping, normally just once a week

We are looking for someone who is responsible, caring, and enthusiastic about working with children.

You will have access to a car for transporting the girls, which you can also use to explore Melbourne during your free time or after dropping them off at childcare and school.My younger daughter attends childcare, and my older daughter goes to school Monday to Friday, unless they are unwell. In such instances, you will be responsible for caring for them at home. Your working hours will be in between 30-35hrs per week, you also get weekend off!

This position offers the opportunity to become an integral part of our family while experiencing a new culture and country. In return for your dedication and care, we will provide you with accommodation, meals, a stipend of $1,200 AUD per month, and support throughout your stay with us.

We have had two wonderful experiences with previous Au Pairs, both of whom have become part of our family. We have enjoyed road trips, shopping outings, and birthday celebrations together! Our current Au Pair will be returning to her home country, and we are excited to welcome the next person to join us!
