Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello, We are the Moore Family, Dad - Danny, Mum - Alex and Little Freddie who is 4. We live in Blackburn in a beautiful large home which is 45 mins car from Manchester; 2.5 hour train from London; 2.5 hours on the train to Glasgow/Edinburgh and an hour from the Lake District. We are Christian family and we belong to a lively church of about 300 people with a large youth and young adult community. A car will be provided - a Yellow Picanto named the BeeBee bus as it looks like a bumble bee.

We would be happy to release you for period to travel and then come if you want to see Europe. We are flexible.

We can't wait to Welcome you.

You would be our third Au Pair and references are available from our current Au Pair who will be leaving us to get married after 2.5 years.

Job Description

As our Au pair you will need to
- Drive Freddie to school
- Collect him from school
- Play with him for up to an hour if we are not home yet
- Help with Some light chores - loading and unloading the dishwasher, putting away Freddie's washing and start preparing tea.

You will always get a full day off every week, most commonly Saturday and Sundays. We sometimes need some support with bedtime on a Sunday night.

No week is the same as Alex Travels for work so we sit down and plan calendars a few weeks out so you can make plans to see friends / travel too. The calender is King.

You will not work more than 25 hours a week in school term time - 3 hours a day on school run/after school playing and Baby Sitting 1-2 evenings a week (maximum). Fred is asleep by 7. During School holiday this increases to full time during the day (8-4) and we can provide a budget for trip outs.
