Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello
We are a family of 4, with the father having sole custody of the 3 children. We live in a large, luxurious air-conditioned house with a large garden, a swimming pool and a sauna in a quiet area and the centre of Paris can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport. We have several accommodation options as the house has many bedrooms.
My three children are adorable and easy to manage. Of course, they have suffered from the recent divorce, so I want to provide them with a feminine, outside presence that will enable them to be as fulfilled as they have always been.
We're open-minded people, curious about others and respectful of people's values and beliefs.
Above and beyond helping out, I'm looking above all to enrich our family with the contribution of a person who is rich in humanity and enthusiasm.

Job Description

Mornings:
Help with waking up and getting the children ready for school. I will take care of some of the accompaniments, but the au pair may have to walk the children to school which is 500m away. If she has a driving licence and agrees, she could also help to accompany the children to nearby activities.
Help with the children's laundry and tidying the bedrooms. I'm also planning to take on a domestic helper, so the job is not to be a cleaner, but as the house is large, I'll need to make sure it's not too messy.
Preparing some of the children's meals if I'm not available. We'll have to organise ourselves to make the most of the time spent helping, I'm the one who has to do the most tasks, but I'll need support.
Evenings: Help with bedtime (I do it most of the time, but sometimes it's necessary to do it together). Presence, games, help with homework, conversation.
Occasionally, I will take advantage of the Au Pair's presence to go running or to a restaurant with friends, but this will be rare.
