Welcome to our family! We are so excited to have you join us and become part of our home.

Our family includes Jamie (36), Courtney (32), and our two boys — Bryce, who is 11, and Harry, who is 6. We also have a very friendly German Shorthaired Pointer named Murphy, who absolutely loves attention and being part of the action!

We live on beautiful farmland about a 10-minute drive from the closest town, Camperdown, in Victoria. It’s a peaceful area with wide open spaces, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Camperdown has everything you might need — shops, cafés, and a train station that connects easily to nearby towns and to Melbourne. However, because we live out of town, having a driver’s licence will make it much easier for you to get around.

We’re a busy and active family, especially involved in our local soccer club and other sports. Our weekends often include games, training, and community events, and we’d love for you to join in whenever you like.

We hope you’ll feel at home here and enjoy your time with us. We’re looking forward to learning about your culture, sharing ours, and creating lots of fun memories together.

Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly and responsible Au Pair to join our family and lend a helping hand with daily life. Most of the help we need is around the house and with our two boys, aged 11 and 6.

Your main tasks will include light cooking, cleaning, and helping care for the children — particularly in the afternoons or on weekends. The boys have sport and tutoring on three nights a week, and you may occasionally help with drop-offs or pick-ups, though this won’t be required every time.

We both work from around 9:00am to 3:00pm each day, so most of your free time will be during school hours. While the Au Pair program suggests 25–30 hours per week, we expect your actual hours will often be less and quite flexible depending on our schedule and family needs.

We live on a beautiful farm about 10 minutes from Camperdown, Victoria, so having a driver’s licence is helpful. You’ll have plenty of time to explore, relax, and enjoy life in the countryside while being part of our warm and active family.

Accommodation

Our home is a large, comfortable five-bedroom house with two bathrooms, a powder room, and two spacious living areas. The Au Pair will have their own private bedroom and bathroom located at one end of the house, offering plenty of privacy and space. There’s also a second lounge room nearby that’s often unused, so you’re welcome to make it your own if you’d like a private area to relax.

We want you to feel completely at home and comfortable here — it’s a warm, welcoming space surrounded by peaceful farmland and beautiful views.
