[##] The house is in the city center of Bordeaux, in a quiet street with the rooms overlooking private courtyards. Cinema, shopping streets, opera and theaters are less than 5 minutes walk. The swimming pool is less than 15 minutes walk as well as the sports centers. The university is 20 minutes walk and less than 10 minutes by tram.
Buses and tram pass close to the house.
Bordeaux is a pleasant city to live in where everything is quickly accessible on foot or by public transport.
