We live rather simply. Meals are all shared within the family (our au pair will be free to share them with us or alone, as they wish). The boys attend school from 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Wednesday mornings are soccer days, and Wednesday afternoons are rugby days. Alice will go to the childminder's 2 to 3 days a week and stay home with our au pair the rest of the time. Arnaud is home on Fridays (due to his work schedule). Our lives are punctuated by the daily routine of managing our 3 children, as they are young. The routine is the same every morning and evening of the week. We mainly cook on weekends for the week so that we have more time on weekday evenings to spend with each of our children.
We enjoy spending time with family and friends. All five of us enjoy simple moments:
- Going for a bike ride or a walk
- Going to a restaurant
- Watching a movie
- Shopping
- Going to the pool or a day at the seaside
- Playing board games
And sometimes we also like to do nothing :)
Several times a year, we usually go to parks (animal parks, amusement parks, or other...)
Starting in September 2025, the boys will start playing sports at a club: Jules will play rugby and Charly will start soccer.
We also spend time maintaining the house and its exteriors.
