Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear Au Pair, We are a Family of 4 people, Paolo (43 years old architect), Elisabetta (40 years old educator at a natural science museum), Francesco 10 years old (attends 5th grade and plays basketball) and Marta 6 years old (attends 1st grade and does gymnastics) and 3 cats.
We live in the north of Italy, in a small town in Piedmont of 30,000 habitants, 40 km from Turin. We live in a small villa with a small vegetable garden, a courtyard and we have a detached attic that might be right for you.
Our house is 2.5 km far from the city center, 200 m away there is the city bus stop and 2 km away is the train station.
We are looking for a caring and reliable person who can help us in the daily management of our two children, especially to organize and manage afternoon activities and help us with small domestic affairs. Our children are curious, vivacious so we are looking for someone who can become part of our family routine, contributing to their growth in a peaceful and fun environment.
We would like very much to improve our English we speak quite well and teach it to our children and give the opportunity to learn our language to the au pair boy/ girl.
We have not yet had au pair boy(s) and we are very curious about this experience.
